Organise one or two helpers for the party day (depending on the number of children)

Send out invitations
Start planning party menu
Two weeks before party
Purchase tableware and decorations
Organise your childs costume or party clothes
Plan activities and games
Purchase party prizes
Purchase items for lootbags
One week before party
Check bookings you have made - venue, entertainmet, cake etc
Check the guest list - How many children coming? How many adults will be attending?
Organise music for the party
Two days before the party
Shop for the food
Make the cake if making your own
One day before the party
Check you have everything as ready as possible:
Cake is on track (dont forget the candles)
Games and activities organised and ready
Food prepared as much as possible
Decorations all ready to put up
Music ready
Lootbags made up
Helpers know what time to arrive
Day of Party
Put up decorations
Pets and breakables out of harms way if having party at home
Lay out tableware
Food ready
Balloons or sign at entrance
Music and party prizes ready
Cake, lighter/matches and knife ready
Loot bags on hand
